A creatureless version of a Legacy High Tide deck that went 5-0 in competition.
The idea is to use and abuse High Tide to make ridiculous amounts of mana and use it to your advantage. Since the card itself costs only one mana, you have the ability with this deck to make enough mana to do anything you want. Play your whole hand? Nothing's stopping you. Time Spiral is essential in this deck because it is easily cast via High Tide and it gives you 7 fresh cards and 6 untapped lands with the High Tide still active. Turnabout is a multifunction card that can allow extra mana ramp or control, easily tapping all your opponent's permanents so they can't retaliate. With Force of Will, Spell Pierce, and Flusterstorm serving as cheap counters to protect your activation of High Tide, it's no surprise this deck went 5-0 in competition. For consistency, we have Merchant Scroll, which is just a toned-down Mystical Tutor that's Legacy legal, which essentially gives you 4 more copies of High Tide. Brainstorm, Preordain, Ponder, and Meditate make sure you always have whatever cards you need. Intuition can also act as a search card for High Tide or Time Spiral, and the best part about it is that you won't have to worry about the cards that go to the graveyard because they'll just be reshuffled anyway. Once you have all the cards you need and presumably near infinite mana, you need to actually win the game. To help with this, the deck runs 4 Cunning Wish so you can cast your sideboard Blue Sun's Zenith and Brain Freeze to mill your opponent out, or even give you some extra draw with the Zenith.
