Near-Death Experience is a fun card with a fun ability, so I thought making a deck about it would be cool, especially one with a semi-budget tag attached to it.
Near-Death Experience is the main wincon for obvious reasons, Worship keeps your life at 1 to trigger the Experience, Luminarch Ascension is so you can continuously pump out 4/4 creatures to keep Worship active, Leyline of Sanctity protects you from non-creature spells, Lost Auramancers and Idyllic Tutor help search for the wincon enchantments, Fiend Hunter, Journey to Nowhere, and Oblivion Ring temporarily exile any big threats on the field, Emeria is for if any of your creatures die, and Moltensteel Dragon and Immolating Souleater all can be buffed with Phyrexian mana, which accelerates your whole "getting down to 1 life" goal.

I mean this is cool, but have you thought of worldfire and yorion? (This would also allow Barren Glory as another wincon

Yeah, I thought I would keep the deck relatively low-cost on the mana side of things as well as the money side. The thing about Worldfire is that it costs a buttload of mana, and I feel like I have enough self-drain to work here. But I don't know entirely.
Well if you think the deck is good, then you keep it this way it was just a recommendation
Yeah, that was my thought. I remembered that Worldfire was 9 mana and freaked out for a second.
Just a reminder damage and pay/lose life effetcs are not same. You will die if you lose life even while worship is in battlefield. And phyrexian mana is also counts as losing life.
Oh? I hadn't read anything in the rulebook about that specific rule, so thank you for bringing it to my attention. I know now that you cannot pay Phyrexian mana past 1 life and have updated the How To Play, but the Immolating Souleater and Moltensteel Dragon are now there for getting yourself down to 1 life faster.
