Deck Description

I would like to thank everyone who supported me and still does - this is my second most successful deck to date with over 2000 views. That you all for supporting me through this deck making experience. It really has been a joy.

This is a very budget, very aggressive fast red and black Aggro deck. Most of the creatures in this deck have Unleash, and pair Exava with them and them and watch the magic happen! Against combo decks, you can switch out Expedite for Slaughter Games, and against decks with big creatures, there’s an extra four Dreadbore for your removal needs. Ash Zealot is good for Flashback decks or anything that reuses stuff from the graveyard, and you can switch Thrill-Kill out for it in a time of need.

Ideal hand: Rakdos Cackler, Mountain, Swamp, Spike Jester, Hellhole Flailer, Mountain/Swamp, Expedite

How to Play

Get Exava out as quickly as possible so that when you play cards with Unleash you can use Unleash and then give them haste, so you can attack with a 2/2 haste hitter for only 1 mana, or a 6/4 hitter with haste later in the game for 5, or even a 4/3 haste late game for 2 mana.

Deck discussion for $30 Rakdos Unleash (Casual)

I Highly recommend using fists of the demigod instead of madcap or deviant glee here

Well, but would we really want to give our stuff Wither? That isn’t really what this deck was designed to do, and Madcap Skills gives 3 power, whereas Fists gives power and toughness, but less of each, and since this is an attacker deck, I’m thinking about staying with Skills

And I’m not getting rid of Deviant Glee; it gives my stuff Trample and only costs 1 mana plus 1 for trample

fair on the deviant glee if your sold on it, but fist still gives 2/2 which is still more stats, and wither plus the first strike is a massive help for "problem creatures, making something like your spike jester a power house. essentially it adds another tool for you since you have very little spot removal for it.

I feel like Madcap skills and Fists of the Demigod are the 2 best options. Deviant glee gets outclassed to quickly imho.

But for 1 red it does give trample, which might be helpful

And it costs 1 less than Skills
