This deck used to be legal and competitive in Standard back in the day, and I remember the first time I played against it. It was against my uncle, who's been playing much longer than I have, and I thought it was the most overpowered thing ever. Of course, now I know it isn't, but it's still super fun. I inherited this deck from my uncle because he is purging his place of all the cards he doesn't need, and this deck just so happened to be one of the ones included. I found it strange, however, that the original deck had 71 cards, especially considering the theme of the deck, where consistency is probably the most important thing, but I was able to tone it back and add a couple more Soul-Scars and Hazoret to improve a bit, even if they were never Standard legal, which I don't know. But I do know that this deck is super cheap, fun, and surprisingly powerful. Let me know your thoughts.
It's a combo burn and aggro deck, so you'll want to play your creatures first, especially the prowess ones, and use the other spells, like the Cartouches and Built to Smash, to beef them up, and destroy any meddlesome creatures along the way while discarding unnecessary cards from your hand willy-nilly and using Bomat Courier to completely restock your hand for the next round of pain.
