Deck Description

Discard ure hand or ure opponent's and take from which ever graveyard a newly born demon.

I've been told various demigod rulings for the reanimator combo, but I've always had a slight feeling my spells were playing the demigods rather than me, which their affect requires.

put a total of 3 demigods because u first turn dark ritual and bury alive all 3 then the next turn u reanimate or animate dead 1 u get all three back and swing for 15, 14 if u animate dead and turn 3 u win which is awesome

and 4 dark rituals for the turn 3 win

the deck should have
3 demigod
4 animate dead
4 reanimate
4 bury alive
4 dark ritual
4 avatar of discord
4 Korlash (for a big dude)

thats 27 cards u can figure out the rest

and that combo would be consisten if we had 4 demonic tutor

and i would bump up to 24 land because we need the land early with the combo

The Korlash are already in my Zombie. I like it, but I don't wanna be focused on it. The discord are strong enough, and the idea is to reanimate a big dude anyway. I'll find out when I can put the deck together in a couple days whether or not I need another reanimate though. Thanks for the advice.

in my opinion debtor's knell or oversold cemetery would fit perfectly......

Debtor's knell is too costly, and I wouldn't have much use for oversold cemetery except to use shriekmaw and augur of skulls constantly, or nameless inversion if I used one here. That would change my focus for this deck, unless u meant for the cemetery and the knell to work together. I would never use knell though. It would be countered just like if I were playing a big creature from my hand in a ridiculously drawn out game.

you can't actually do the demigod combo the way you want to. you have to play one of them at the full cost to get all of them from the graveyard, it doesn't work if you dump them all and reanimate one to try and get all of them. you should play with 4 and dump three to the graveyard then tutor or something to get the last one, then you'll have 4 demigods and game in one blow.

I'd drop the infest for something like Darkblast... but thats me...
also... the demigod only works if you PLAY it, not if it come into play... sorry :(

That's what people've been sayin', but I will still keep the list in mind in case the other view of playing it from your graveyard is viewed the same. I have plenty of animate dead and reanimate to play around with reanimator ideas.. I broke this apart a while ago for book of dragons, and I've been satisfied. None-the-less, being able to play 3-4 demigods is too hard to pass up if it passes a judge ruling.

you should add a win condition other than demigod, either wise an extirpate beats your deck...
its the same problem my old demigod deck had

amanrocks12345 comment on demigod is wrong. Please read the skills of Demigod. If you cast demigod then you get the other demigods but not by spell.

This ability triggers when you cast Demigod of Revenge as a spell. It won't trigger if Demigod of Revenge is put directly onto the battlefield. Demigod of revenge ruling.
