Deck discussion for U/R Miracle

nice deck. two cards to consider are delver (you have 32 spells, so why not) and noxious revival (it works well with miracles and you can choose what to mill with mindshreiker)

I agree with you, adding 4 delvers to the mix. Noxious is great but I am trying to stay mirrodin free since it wont be standard legal soon.

I don't know why you need Desolate Lighthouse or the Blasphemes Act. I also would like thought scour in this deck.
If you want check out my deck

The blasphemous act is to have an extra board sweeper since I don't run white, or to discard it with mindrhieker to get +9/+9 for 2 mana.
I switched the thought scour for delver, but I am running the 4 think twice and the desolate lighthouse that can net me cards as well.

I like your version! In fact, this is the best attempt since U guyes started making miracle decks... I like the use of Shrieker with Act & "Index", plus "Ponder" to stabilese the combo... :) ...
