You're completely, totally, 100% correct with regards to Jace. However, there's something to be gained in the joy of simply having a playset of one of the most annoying and overpowered cards in the current setting, and then slotting it in a deck just for shits and giggles. But yes, better options exist.

You're retarded.
Razia boros and nobilis of war are terrible. Get rid of them and add 2 more hearthfire hobgoblins and 2 more balefire lieges.
I like it. Could use a Kabira Vindicator or 2.
Very straightforward deck, but the synergy between cards like nip gwyllion, edge of the divinity, deahtbringer liege, and all the lifelink makes it competitive. Lack of a hard win condition may hurt it though. When I ran a deck similar to this one, I had a win condition of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, and Crusading Knight. Hilarious fun in multiplayer games, and still powerful in duels.
Incredibly slow for a red/white deck. It looks like you passed over some of the obviously better cards for variety, which doesn't work in this case.
None of the cards you listed are standard legal (as the title of the deck suggests). I won't bother to comment on your opinion of Eldrazi cards and annihilator in a sacrifice deck....
Silly omission. Power sink is 100% better and now rectified

I'm confused about your choice regarding the ball lightning and hellspark elemental. Replace the hellspark with banefire. With infinite mana, it would reduce the cards required to win by 1 (You need crab umbra and either brimstone or pyromancer, with banefire you just need banefire.) Replace the brimstone mages with cunning sparkmages. In standard the speed will help you more than the survivability of the brimstone. Also toss in another filigree sages. And then toss in a couple acts of treason for a nice FU to all the players using the same infinite mana combo for the eldrazi.
On the contrary, with a Myr matrix and mana echoes in play, playing a fifth myr will produce enough mana to allow myr matrix to trigger an infinite number of times, while producing for the player an infinite amount of mana as they continue coming into play. Then you can peg them for an 18 Quadrillion Damage Banefire.
Thanks for the suggestions. It's slightly modified from the original. Took out some stuff that didn't fit and a couple redundant things.
Good suggestions, thanks for the input
Wall of blood combos with rite of consumption.
