I would try running Knight of Meadowgrain in here, lifelink + first strike

You can try Darksteel Reactor as a win condition...
especially with that combo of prototype portal + energy chamber, you can get the reactor up to 20 counters in no time...

Why not try some Mesmeric Orb? You seem to have some way to get the cards you self milled back into your library, Mesmeric orb is great in those kind of decks, they don't cost too much either! :)

Instead of thirst for knowledge, I would run Thoughtcast.... maybe it's just a personal preference thing...

I think No mercy would fit quite perfectly here in this deck.

Yes, he can play it on an opponents creature, damage is done, just that he gains that much life whenever the creature deals damage.

In a way, cloudshift is actually quite OP :P

I understand your point... but dropping Diminish and Ovinize will just lose the whole point of this deck... which is to have "fun" with your friends while annoying them a lot by those "turn" spells.
