some tutors to help get out the stuffy doll and guilty conscience?
instants with split second to force them through?
more mass removals?

I would add all of these things to a deck like this.

Yeah, I know this deck isn't perfect, its made from pre-existing cards I have, but I can understand what you are saying.

The original idea was to just have a nice amount of draw cards to just force my way to the finisher, but in retrospect it isn't that effective. The mass removal thing I think really depends. With Wall of denial, it is pretty easy to stop most casual creature based decks from their early card advantage, and then just countering the finishers your opponent will try to get out. I might add some more Day of Judgements or Wraths or whatever, but it isn't as clear cut as it looks.
