Disciple of the Vault isn't banned or restricted.... At least not accordiing to the MTG websites banned/restricted list. Only thing illegal about this deck is the flashes... take out 3 and put in 3 mystical tutor and you're golden as far as I'm aware........ If I'm right then I just may put this together
