The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

You use the pacifism and prison terms to stall for time to get cho manno on the field. You then use the Pariah on Cho Manno to make yourself impossible to damage. Then you play Greater Auramancy to make Cho Manno and Pariah have shroud. You use the Declaration of Naught to ensure that they dont play certain common creature destruction cards that dont target creatures like Wrath of God, and finish them off with the burn spells while using the counters on anything you didnt predict.

by the looks of this, you rely your entire deck on just Cho-Manno. Not a great idea. because all you have to protect yourself until he comes out as well as Pariah is a few enchantments preventing your opponent's creatures from attacking. But you wont always be able to block everything from getting to you, even your burn spells. I would suggest getting some Idylllic Tutors to help you get your Pariah in case you dont have it when Cho-Manno finally comes out. Then You would want more land so you can get Cho-Manno out early, or better yet, when you can strike with Banefire. In order to get room for the Idyllic Tutors and extra land, I would remove all of your blue cards, cuz all you use them for is counterspell. I would still keep the Cascade Bluffs cuz you could use it to produce the extra Red mana. And also, add some other smaller creatures to help with blocking until Cho-Manno comes out.
