I made a rakdos madness deck, but I'm more of an Orzhov player. I was going to make Orzhov madness, but I didn't really like where it was going so I destroyed it with fire. However, there were some blue and red madness spells, so I decided to destroy my opponents with fire too. I always work under a thirty dollar budget (I wish I had torrential gearhulk. I really do), so if you suggest anything keep that in mind.
