I was trying to find a Legendary not often used as a commander, and I think I found it. This is a mono black control deck, that finishes players off with commander damage. I have never really built a control deck before, so this probably needs some work. I always try to stay under a 35-40 dollar budget for EDH, so keep that in mind when suggesting cards.
