I've been working on an Athreos EDH for awhile, and it ended up like an aristocrat deck. When I was looking for cards, I found a lot of standard cards that I like, because I love Orzhov as a color, so I decided to make a deck with them. I always work under a 30$ budget. If you have an even smaller budget, the lands take up almost have the price and you can cut them for swamps and plains.
