Honestly, Koth is cool and all,(especially comboing him with electropedence) but this deck could be better without him, I would focus on your Valakut damage rather than trying to get him up then winning with lands (plus he will be a huge target). Scapeshift works very well in my deck, especially if i have prismatic omen out, i can just sacrifice all but 5 lands and deal mass amounts of damage. Also scapeshift would help get your valakuts if you are having trouble getting them. Also, Birds of paradise would be a better card than wild cantor. Hope this helps!

I got some cool idea's from your deck, thanks!
You could use Lightning Greaves instead of Asceticism. I also don't see the point of Caldera Hellion, maybe add voracious dragon or predator dragon instead.
Also, do you ever really suspend Benalish Commander? Consider putting Crusader of Odric in instead. He is the exact same creature except for one less.
I only think you should have 4 preeminent captain's because my brother runs 4 in his soldier deck, and it wrecks, If you find your creatures constantly dying, consider adding Rebuff the Wicked
preeminent captain is your best creature, why limit yourself to only 2?

Prismatic Omen is a must. When it is out, all your lands are also mountains, so as long as you have five lands out, let the valakut damage begin!
first, take out elixer of immortality and put in wellwisher, he will give you way more life and help add more mana from with his presence (from priest and archdruid), you probably won't need to shuffle your graveyard into your library so wellwisher will get the job done nicely. Second, sylvan messenger is a MUST in every elf deck, he will speed up your game significantly. Third elvish promenade is MUCH MUCH better than presence of gond, sylvan messenger can draw it out of your deck and it gives you waay more tokens. so i would put that in its place. and last, if you want, you could even add elvish guidance, think about it, Elvish guidance +arbor elf= tons of mana to boost up joraga warcaller and renegade leader. You might even want to add another forest or two so you don't find yourself always taking new hands with less cards. Hope this helps! Check out my elf deck for more ideas!
I really like this deck, well balanced, and effective!
maybe try somberwald sage instead of arbor elf, he could really speed things up, especially if you can get him out on the second turn. Arbor elf could be annoying if you don't control a forest.
Actually they do go into your graveyard, not exiled.
i agree, quest for the holy relic and argentum armor..
who wouldn't want to die by a land?
i know this deck is about +1+1 counters, but i think pulse tracker would be alot better than quag vampires
put in joraga warcaller and immaculate magistrate, this is the most stompy elf combo that exists.
comet storm for sure, check out elvish guidance also... if i were you i would just try to concentrate ongetting lots of mana so you can kill your opponent in one fireball or comet storm, so i would put in another priest of titania, another archdruid, a couple elvish guidances, and maybe even wellwisher to save your ass!
i think blood pet would be better than shifting wall
yeah i have three oracle of mul dayas in this deck. but i don't think you understand the purpose of prismatic omen. prismatic omen means that all lands are also mountains, so if i control five lands that also means i controll 5 mountains. so if i have valakut out along with five lands, that means that any land i drop deals damage according to the amount of valakuts i have out.
i really like elvish guidance for now because it is apart of a really good combo (Elvish Guidance+Arbor Elf+ Seeker of skybreak+Joraga warcaller or ezuri renegade leader) but i might try your suggestions and just see how it works. thanks for the advice
