Unceasing Night is a variation of the mono-black mid-range vampire tribal deck focused around quickly getting vampires on the battlefield and making them big enough for the final swing on turn four, five, or six. I'll highlight the key uses of cards in the deck and why they were chosen for the deck.~The Vampires~Vampire Nocturnus~ is the card this deck is built around. You want to keep him active at all times as he will often win you games, giving himself and other vampires you control +2/+1 and flying as long as there is a black card on the top of your library. Marsh Flats, Verdant Catacombs, Viscera Seer, and Liliana Vess play a supporting role for this card as they can change the top card of your library when a land is revealed. Bloodghast~ plays the key role, being sac fodder for your Viscera Seer. This is self explanatory. Kalastria Highborn comes in giving you the option to dish out and additional two damage and healing with spare mana left on your turn. If you are playing first and begin with a Bloodghast and Sign in Blood in your starting hand a turn two Sign in Blood will allow you discard Bloodghast giving you a few creature on turn three. It should be noted this combination doesn't work if you draw first or cast spells turn one.
