tjek out my sidebordes cards in my knights deck"
And that's why he's there :P gotta love him!
At first glance i was like, Hyena Umbra? Then i got it. Not sure of Day of Judgement goes in Main deck. Against Control decks, it may be a dead card. possibly in sideboard? Also Contested War zone posibly? If not possible sideboard for tectonic edges against man lands? since you are mono and can do with some colorless lands and still be good, at that time possibly increase the land accoutn a little. :) just thoughts. Check out http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=145430 for my take on the same deck for tournaments.
Yeah I would take it out against control decks but since I think the new "it" deck around here is going to either be a deck similar to this or a R/W battle cry deck i think i'll keep it MB. I thought about War Zones but I haven't been able to get my hands on any yet. In the draft on release day we had a guy open a pack with one as a rare and another foil one...pretty random...or i guess not really random.
I don't think White Knight is worth it. I'd say take all of them out of your deck and sideboard and max out the number of more important knights such as Hero of Bladehold and Accorder Paladin. I'm not too entirely sure that Brave the Elements is worth it, I'd say replace them with Darksteel Plates so that you can make your field indestructible with only ONE Exemplar in play. Also, Emeria the Sky ruin is great wit knights. If you keep an opening hand with only say one creature and it's an Exemplar or Hero, it'll be a huge target and will probably be gone before everything's indestructible. With Emeria, you can get that high-value target BACK by the time you have Exemplars and it just leads to more chaos for the opponent. TL;DR: -3 White Knight -3 Brave the Elements +1 Hero of Bladehold +1 Accorder Paladin +2 Darksteel Plate +2 Emeria, The Sky Ruin.
but unlike darksteel plate...BtE is a surprise card and cheaper and effects all of my creatures. It's not there to save stuff really it's there as a white version of overrun. I have the white knights b/c there's a lot of people playing black around here and the first strike is awesome. i want to keep the deck at a high tempo so keeping the 2 drops up a litle bit and the 3 and 4 drops down to where they are seems to work out. w/ 3 heros usually by the time i have 4 lands out i draw one or get one before hand... being stuck with 2 of them might mess w/ the tempo... i do actually have 5 of them and 5 crusaders...i'd max out the crusaders before the heros actually.
Potent synergies, it would take something dedicated (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=144460) to break these knights out of formation. Efficient creatures are the best.
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=145200 This is my mono white knight deck that i just finished what do u think. I took the White Knights over the Accorder Paladin because of the First Strike. Also what do u have for sideboard ideas?
add 2 or 3 could crusaders definitely and 2 armored accensions
I made one knight deck a while ago, it went front page If you wanna check it out http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=398905 And, as I did on my deck, Divine Reckoning is a better option
