I think, with careful play an set up, you could play a Feldons Cane in this deck. You'd have to be ready to discard with the Zombie Infestation, but I think that may help you last through longer games.

Defense Grid works extra well here. That's what Sinkholes are for early on, and that's what Hymn to Tourach and Mind Twist are for later in the game. They can burn a counter on those spells to keep their hands, then I get passage for the Drains. If they want to wait it out with me, I'll get MASSIVE land, life with the Ivory Towers Necropotence and Library, and Feldons Cane and or Yawgmoth's Will say I play me deck all over again. I'll get something through. RegarIess,I'd like to try Boseiju

Oh, you must have seen this after I took out the Sharhazads.

Frozen Solid is the card you're thinking of if my memory is correct.

You're playing a swelling mana deck without Mana Flare? Sheer insanity my friend. Also, I would lose the lame artifacts and play Blinkmoth Urns with Sol Rings.
I think, get rid of the Llanawar Augur and Elite, the Baubles and the Blueprints and 2 of the Stream of Life. (9 out).
Add in 3 Mana Flare, 4 Sol Rings, and 2 Blinkmoth Urns.
Also, Cloudpost may do more than Urza's Lands, quicker.

See if these ideas help the efficiency of the deck a bit.

If you wanted this deck to fly you could add sub out Steel Walls for Welding Jars, and add Blinkmoth Urns and Chrome Moxen. Then you could expand your conditions of victory to include Burn.

Just expanding on an already great idea, you know...

What do you think then, Vampiric Tutor maybe? Any other ideas on getting the Necro out sooner?

This is true. Due to the number of key cards played in this deck odds of drawing them opening hand are pretty high. Granted, turn four kill is not a common expectation to have with this deck, but you're going to get a Mana Flare out and/or a Fastbond pretty damn quick. This, coupled with the disruption from Hymns and Sinkholes will allow you massive Drains and Consumes.

Yawgmoth's Will is self explanitory for all counter/ control based decks, as is Feldon's Cane. Mirari is endless.

Cloud of Faries is an ok card to rely on for steady land control, but you may run into trouble as the previous statement notes. I would try playing Psionic Blast with this, in addition to the Faries armed with Swords. And Daze may not do it unless it's first or second turn countering. I think Force of Will is absolutely necessary instead of Daze. Those are the only recomendations I have. Brainstorm is great. I'd like to play this deck with my Static Repititious Annoyance deck.
