Oh Dragonspeaker Shaman and I are well acquainted as I have four in my mono-red dragons deck. Should never have gotten that deck partly because I spent far too much money and partly because I've made people cry...One piece of the goal for this deck is to stick within the Tarkir block if possible. As you say though, since Dragonlord's Servant is there for mana ramp and since it's 5-color already, I would be better off with the Rattleclaw Mystic by far. Sometimes I doesn't think enough.

Very cool to see the replays, thanks for posting!
It makes me sad that this is no longer a budget build... I do likes me some dragons.
Switched out Jungle Hollow for Opulent Palace and Hardened Berserker for Rattleclaw Mystic. Hardened Berserker to the side, and Sarkhan in place of Dragon Whisperer. Thanks for the suggestion, it definitely pointed me in the right direction.
Very interesting to see some other ideas on W/U control. I'm very interested in playing Ojutai, and I'd love to put together a control deck... well... once Narset drops below... WAY... WAAAAAAAY below $50...
Hmmm... When you say deck out, my mind goes straight to "forcing your opponent to deck out". Is that what you mean? In this case, it looks like your entire strategy is based around getting out Altar of the Brood and then using your creatures to cycle cards off and back onto the field. Interesting strategy to be sure! I'd highly recommend getting rid of Dig Through Time since the bulk of your deck is highly oriented around Green play-style, and adding in just enough Islands to play out the Dig is going to throw you off mostly due to the difficulty of having enough Islands in the deck to guarantee you have one when you need the Dig, and in terms of just powering out Forests. You might try one of these:HarmonizeCollective UnconsciousNature's ResurgenceNature's Resurgence in particular could help out A LOT if you're trying to get your opponent to deck out, and while it doesn't have the Delve mechanic, it's cheaper up front than Dig and you could remove all of your Islands for all forests. In Short I'd do something like this:-6 Island-3 Dig through Time+4 Forest+3 Nature's Resurgence+2 Some big creature (ex. Dungrove Elder, Baloth Woodcrasher, Kodama of the North Tree, Primalcrux...)You don't want to put too many of your eggs in that one basket unless you're able to really back it up, hence why I'd recommend adding some extra muscle to the deck beyond your Rampaging BalothsAnother option would be to ramp up the Blue component of the deck. Given the importance of Altar of the Brood, you might want to include:4x FabricateWhich would allow you to dig for the Altar immediately. You could then add the larger creatures from Blue as well if you like, or Blue/Green (though I'd tend to lean towards Green if you want the big stuff)If what you want is a deck to force your opponent to deck out, I'd honestly suggest going to more of an Island focused deck than forest, or better yet a Blue/Black deck. Given your cost limit, I'd suggest some common deck-out cards like:Mind SculptTraumatizeConsuming AberrationWight of Precinct SixJace's PhantasmTome ScourHedron CrabDuressThat said, if you've got your heart set on the Forest Deck Out strategy and your current budget, I'd also consider adding in a few more cards to force your opponent to draw or discard. Here are a few options for that:Rites of FlourishingCodex Shredder/Voltaic Key (combo together)Keening StoneVery interesting idea you have there, good luck with this deck build.
