Spirits and Auras you can pull out of your deck to control the battlefield. Turn 5 has a possibility of playing Eldrazi Conscription for free, gaining you early access to a +10/+10 trample annihilator 2 creature. Your life total can get out of hand pretty easily as well.
Any tips or new ideas for this deck would be appreciated! Originally created with casual play in mind, but I see it's also legal in Modern.Start with Tallowisp, and any time you play another spirit you can search your deck for an enchant aura card. You can search for Pacifism and Arrest for control (Control Magic if you sideboard those in), or start the free spirit army by using Call to the Kindred. With Call to the Kindred in play, on your upkeep you can look at the top 5 cards of your library, and since it would be enchanted to a spirit, you can put another spirit from those 5 cards into play for free. If you get Sovereigns of Lost Alara, you can attack alone with a single creature (it gains exalted bonuses as well), and you will be able to search your library for an aura card, Eldrazi Conscription being a good choice, and attach it to the creature you declared as attacking. If you are attacking with an unblockable creature, Celestial Mantles are a good choice as well to start doubling your life total.Latch Seeker and Azorius Herald are unblockable which makes it easier to deal some lethal damage to opponents. You can transmute Drift of Phantasms to search for 3 mana cost cards, like Drogskol Captain, allowing your spirit creatures to gain Hexproof and some more power and toughness. You can use the Phantasms as a wall if you need, or Wall of Reverence, which also gains you life at the end of your turn.Kami of False Hope can help prevent combat damage if you get in a tight spot.Sideboard has Spirit of the Hearth that you could also play for free with Call to the Kindred, and it gives you as a player Hexproof, in case your opponent likes to cast spells that target you.
