my friends and I decided to build really random decks that would be fun to play with and i decided to try almost all land cards. its my first draft, but after playing roughly a dozen games with it and it actually hasn't done too bad. I mainly use the scorched ruins and lotus vale's to sac gods' eye or the glacial chasm's so i dont have to pay too much of an upkeep. I've thought about taking out the gemstone caverns or a couple dryad arbor, but i'm not sure what to replace them with.

cool idea. Would be awesome in double headed dragon if your team mate had a deck with a bunch of huge creatures and spells. But for 1v1 i personally would put some X mana cost spells in there for when you have a butt load of mana and nothing to do with it.

that never crossed my mind, thanks. i'll try swapping a few in
idea: life from the loam. Take a look at the 43 lands deck that's running around legacy, you might get some good ideas. It's got exploration too, which is like a 1 mana oracle without the top deck effect.
you dont need the temple of the false gods or gemstone caverns or gemstone mine considering since you really have no actual spells so play you dont really need any lands that produce only mana. if you are worried about mana i would just play more lotus vales. put more gargolye castles in as well. i made a land deck as well. check it out if you want some more land ideas. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=37682 well done though +1. i always like land decks. they're fun
