This deck is focused on VAMPIRE NIGHTHAWK, the single greatest card that Wizards of the Coast has ever printed. It can do anything you need it to, it can kill ANY creature, kill ANY planeswalker, and suck ANYONE of their life. It can do all of that for just three mana! It strikes fear into the most powerful of beings. Not even Sorin, controller of planeswalkers, can stop this card. This is the kind of guy that Batman looks up to. The kind of guy who drinks your girlfriends blood, but you are totally okay with cause he is a total badass. The kind of guy who poops on your head as he flies by and the acid content starts burning away your flesh but you cannot help but smile. The kind of guy that makes men, women, and everything in between poop themselves and then cover themselves with it to try to mask their scent from him, even though being eaten by him is the most orgasmic experience in the ENTIRE multiverse. This card is so amazing, it does not even have flavor text. If it did, I would have to guess it would say something along the lines of this:"I'm going to tell you something important now, so you better dig the wax out of those huge ears of yours and listen! The reputation of the vampires echoes far and wide. When they talk about its badass leader - the man of indomitable strength and masculinity - they're talking about me! The mighty Nighthawk!"SO FOLLOW THE COMMANDS OF THE FEARED VAMPIRE NIGHTHAWK! LIKE THIS DECK SO THAT ALL MAY FEAR HIM, BE EATEN BY HIM, AND BE KNOWN BY THE PLANESWALKERS AND ALL OTHER BEINGS AS THE GREATEST CARD IN THE MULTIVERSE!
Plenty of support, get Vampire Nighthawk out, then pump him with enchantments. You do not need any other creatures, for he fights alone as the badass leader of the vampires that he is.

Nice... Haha
"Clap clap clap clap clap clap!!" Well said!Undying Evil maybe (l;^1)
And what happens when Nighthawk is too lazy or too busy to show up?
Great question. I think if we were expecting the ALL-POWERFUL Nighthawk to come devour us, we would get a little depressed.
He has a point, the good news is Diabolic Tutor is back!
Diabolic Tutor cause no other tutor would be so evil as to call the devilish Nighthawk
ALRIGHT! My fellow Nighthawk enthusiasts, what do we remove to add Diabolic Tutor?
I suppose either Ring of Xathrid or Forced Adaptation
We will keep the regeneration of the Ring. Our king, the Vampire Nighthawk, does not need to adapt.
What happens if you don't draw vampire nighthawk immediately, and you're helpless until turn 3. ADD MORE CREATURES!!!!!
Almighty Vampire Nighthawk doesn't need inferior creatures to win.
If nighthawk does not arrive it is because he has deemed the opponent untasty, and will sully his hands with such lowly beings
Because four of them isn't enoughhttp://www.mtgvault.com/gykx/decks/shadowbornnighthawk-oo/
You should add Dread Bore to this almighty VAMPIRE NIGHTHAWK deck. It will bore a hole of dread into all who oppose VAMPIRE NIGHTHAWK! Also you might want to think about adding Savage Summoning which will allow you to cast VAMPIRE NIGHTHAWK during your opponents turn, causing them to SHIT themselves a turn early, and they won't be able to counter him and he enters the battlefield with an extra +1/+1 counter. Making VAMPIRE NIGHTHAWK even more BADASS.
You and Me are on the same page man. I don't know about you but I've been playing for quite some time now (Ice Age), Admittedly had to get out for a few years. When I started playing again and saw things like Baneslayer angel I was flabbergasted. When I pulled my first Vampire Nighthawk I fell in love and have been using it in every black deck since. It is a staple in black decks imo.
Oh hell yeah. He is by far the best 3 drop. Nothing else beats him.
Great deck but it needs a little bit more tutoring for the Nighthawk, cause in my experience with draw probabilities, there is likely a 20% chance to get your core creature on your hand by turn 3.
