aquitects will doesn't lock down at all, just gives them blue mana as an option

This is true. I was just BSing. I BSed this whole thing. I think I will take the Quest for Ancient Secrets and put in some other Merfolk...Edit: There. Now I have more merfolk, and one of them has Islandwalk.
