I have always like the story of real vampires (not some twilight crap!) and so I wanted to make a tribal swarm based vampire deck.
The way this deck is run is pretty simple. Try to keep control of the opponents monsters by killing off some with the destroy spells. Then use swarming or just a few buffed up vampires to finish them off.
