The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

thanks man. post a link of your deck and ill take a look at it if you want
alright im not too familiar with the Phyrexian Altar so.... lets say u had all 3 out... if u saced a creature would u get 3 mana for that one creature?
nope yau can only put one creature on one altar -you cant split the creature onto all 3 :P *cheers
hey very nice deck here -i suggest replacing bloodthrone vampire with carrion feeder-iz cheaper and the powerup remains peace
i didnt put carrion feeder in here because bloodthrone's pump is faster and bloodthrone can be used for blocking and attacking. also i own bloodthrone and not carrion feeder and try to use card i own only. if i had carrion i would prob substitute in 2 for 2 bloodthrown
Screw Bloodthrone and Carrion Feeder. Use Viscera Seer. A sac engine that gives you card advantage? Yes please! This is an interesting take on the Melira/Persist deck type, since you are using a lot of creatures and pumping them up... it kind of contradicts the purpose of the deck type though, in a way. It's honestly far easier to just combo out and kill someone in one turn. BUT. If you insist on going with the win-con of giving Bloodthrone trample, why don't you just use 4 Berserk and 4 Predator's Strikes and drop your Colossal Might count? Both of them are easier to cast and it doesn't matter that their power buff is less, because Bloodthrone is going to be infinitely powerful anyway... Check my old deck for some ideas if you'd like, it focuses completely on the combo aspect of Melira/Persist. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=191050
thanks for all the help. i was thinking win conditions when i made it and completely forgot seer. infinite scry for the win. and ya overkilled the trample cards cut that back. thanks again
Ha, me and Majician always comment on Melira/persist decks. I agree that you would be better off without colossal might. I personally think you don't really need 8-9 cards to give trample since if you are pulling your combo off right it should win and shouldn't need to swing multiple times. Rancor is also a good choice. Since you are running red in this version Goblin Bombardment is a better choice than Blasting Station. Also Scarland Thrinax is a solid card. My biggest worry with this deck is that it pretty much requires Melira, Sylvok Outcast to operate and you are only running 2 with no way to search for her. You gotta get a way to get her into play or you will mostly just be playing cards that aren't very effective on their own. I suggest you use some of the following. Green Sun Zenith Birthing Pod Fauna Shaman Chord of Calling Worldly Tutor Summoner's Pact Or if you play casual Demonic Tutor If you are interested in my current build take a look at it below. Its been a really great deck build so far but I still need to do some work with it. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=189723 Good luck with the deck!
wow talk about your through responses. dropped some trample you and majician were right added some search. birthing pod is a no brainer since so many of my creatures return. then gob bombarbment is a great card forgot about it. i dont know how. my friend used to run it in the most annoying goblin deck of all time. as im sure all people remember that one guys goblin deck as.
sweet up and coming
