Mass Sacrifice

When I saw that Bridge from Below had been banned from Modern, I decided to build a deck around it to understand why. And, frankly, I can see why it had been banned.

The deck is built around the following cards:
> Extractor Demon
> Champion of Stray Souls
> Bridge from Below
> Butcher of Malakir
> Blood Artist
> Bolas's Citadel
> Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet (but Leyline of the Void also works)

The best-case scenario (using the above cards) is to sacrifice ten unimportant (and nontoken) nonland permanents (preferably creatures) using Bolas's Citadel to make each opponent lose ten life. If ten creatures died, each opponent sacrifices ten creatures, you get ten zombie tokens for each Bridge from Below in your graveyard, a player mills twenty (but you can split this between players), and an opponent loses another ten life and you gain ten life (but feel free to divide this between numerous players). If Kalitas is on the field, you will also get ten zombies for each opponent.

Now, assuming you didn't sacrifice any of the above cards to Bolas's Citadel (Bridge from Below being the only exception, because we want it in the graveyard), use Champion of Stray Souls to sacrifice ten zombie tokens to bring back ten creatures from your graveyard. This triggers Extractor Demon, Butcher of Malakir, and Blood Artist (but not Bridge from Below).

Assuming that your opponents haven't lost the game or conceded, you proceed to do this every turn.

Because this deck is very combo-oriented, losing a piece can shut down the deck, so be very careful when playing against removal and control.
