New to MTG. Don't have many cards but looking for suggestions on improving my Deck. Wondering if I should use more instants or sorceries. I have a Sunspear I could put in also Ghalma's Warden

I am new to MTG and have only been playing for a week. I would like to get some ideas of improving on this deck. I have put the max number of cards I have for each in the deck. For example I only have 1 ornithopter otherwise I would max it out at 4. Do I need to add in a few more spells or enchantments? Which Artifacts should be the first to drop when I get a better card? Which are the must have artifacts? What cards should I try to acquire that I dont have? Thanks for any help or suggestions you can provide
