Check my legacy burn deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=186574 Few points: Lava dart seems pretty good finisher, but really you won't be doing a thing with R for 1 damage. Needle drops cantrip isn't as good ability as it seems. You should prefer R for 3 damage in the first hand. Flame jab: again you should concentrate on spells that do 3 damage. Burn decks should be so fast that you don't need the retrace ability. Winter sky: too random. It will give extra cards to your opponents and only cantrip. Or it's half of Volcanic fallout. Try to replace leylines with few S.Vortex Compare your sideboard with mine. You need answers to various deck types f.ex. Fish, animator, counter-top etc... Hope this helps! :)

"Azusa, Lost but Seeking is my general." Really? So this ain't a basic Highlander but an EDH..? If so, no cards in your deck may include color symbols not presented on your general (i.e. slippery boggle and Doomgape are both illegal cards on this case).
Is this really a Highlander deck? First of all: in german HL Mox Emerald, Jet, Pearl, Ruby and Sapphires are all banned. Secondly: the 100 card limit is the MINIMUM of cards in deck. Thirdly: No sideboard is alloved for HL. Fourthly: You can not have two cards with the same name in your deck, if they are not basic lands. And then for the actual comments: I've played a sliver edh and a sliver [ger] HL decks for few years. What i've found out was that you don't want to play slivers that make them strike harder or more often or something from between. In my opinion only combo slivers really beat your opponents. So I'd suggest that you take all the mass destroy effects away and consentrate on building your own game. Good cards for this are Demonic Tutor, Diabolic Tutor, Homing Sliver, Eladamri's Call, Congregation at Dawn etc. Any cards that let you to search your library for creatures and take them in your hand/put them on the top of your library. You might even play drawing cards like sylvan library and phyrexian arena. And you definetly should try the sensei's divining top with future sight in this deck. For the mana I think that Mox diamond, chrome mox, gemhide sliver, mirari's wake and 31-35 lands is pretty ok. If you find it not enough, try adding some land search effects. (Search for tomorrow, Three visits, Nature's lore, farseek etc) Hope this will help you! ^^
