The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

The weak Vassals serve under their mighty Lords in this deck. Small, cheap creatures line the field, ready to fall to activate special effects, or be devoured to make the Lord cards much stronger than they would be alone. Equipment and enchantments make the creatures of this deck that much more lethal, all the chaos and destruction occurring under the watchful gaze of Chandra Nalaar.

You don't have enough small creatures. Take out some of the larger ones and add some more little guys. If you're playing planeswalkers, try adding at least one more, ensuring that you'll likely see one once every two games, because your chance of Getting Chandra is 1 in 60 draws.

as well as agreeing with ashe id also suggest making it a lot more stable by boosting the numbers to at least 3 of each card this will make the deck a lot more stable and far more agreeable to play
Play around with the deck a bit, and figure out what you really like in here and what can go. I do think the potential for a really cool Savra/Lyzolda combo is nice. All you'd need is some of the tri-color cards from Jund (many of which you already have at least one of in here) and a Grave Pact or two, and you'd be set. If you wanted to do something like I mentioned above, the best creatures in here might be Sprouting Thrinax, Thunderscape Familiar, Scarland Thrinax, Mudbutton Torchrunner, Scuzzback Scrapper, Predator Dragon, and anything else that generates tokens or any other B/G or B/R creatures.
