I'd replace the Shocks with Galvanic Blasts, the Devil's Plays with Comet Storms, and the Vandalblasts with Shattering Sprees. Otherwise, it is a very solid deck.

Giant Growth would be good in this.
My problem with Swans of Bryn Argoll is that in order to kill your opponents you have to give them large amounts of card advantage. It is a great miller, it just seems too risky.
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not sure about the Swords of Body and Mind, but you might be right.I'm thinking about replacing Go for the Throat with Tome Scour to get more milling in. Do you think that would be a good idea?
What do you mean newer cards?
Seriously, don't just put in every Boros Gatecrash creature. You need to be selective.
Add Razor Boomerang, Wood Elemental, Bog Hoodlums and Sorrow's Path.
Sol-Ring is banned in all formats but vintage and commander and you can only have one copy of it in your deck in vintage.
But Teneb can reanimate your opponent's creatures under your control. Vorosh just isn't worth wasting 3 land slots on. And even without changing that, Karrthus and Kaalia are great additions to dragon decks.
Nice. You couldn't use Disenchant in modern, but Revoke Existence is as good unless if you are messing with their graveyard.
Add Wall of Fog so you can stop your opponent from killing you before you can start off the combo.
Leyline of Singularity wouldn't work, this deck is creature-focused.
Creature focused deck wickeddarkman. Leyline of Singularity wouldn't work.If you are playing standard, add Jace's Phantasm. If you are playing extended, add mindcrank and go for the throat. If you're playing modern, here are some ideas http://www.mtgvault.com/soulofmirrodin/decks/mill-aggro/
Demonic Tutor isn't legal in legacy or modern and it is restricted in vintage.
Wickeddarkman, you've commented on an enormous amount of mill decks, so I acknowledge that you know what you're talking about. But on this, you don't. Leyline of Singularity is the worst card to run in a deck with 17 creatures. You have been commenting about Leyline of Singularity too much, and it is just getting ridiculous. This is a great deck. I'd get rid of the Swans of Bryn Argoll, Shriekgeists, and Silent Departures. I'd add Mindcrank, Wight of Precinct Six, Avatar of Woe, and Go for the Throat. I have a similar mill deck here http://www.mtgvault.com/soulofmirrodin/decks/mill-aggro/
I'd advise not using Leyliune of Singularity. It's a good card but this deck is too creature heavy for it. I have a creature-focused mill deck here http://www.mtgvault.com/soulofmirrodin/decks/mill-aggro/Also, Jace's Phantasm doesn't work well with Undead Alchemist. Undead Alchemist will exile the creature cards when they are milled, which will take away Jace's Phantasm's bonus. If you plan to win by damage, keep replace the Undead Alchemist with Jace's Phantasm and look into Wight of Precinct Six. If you plan to win by milling, replace the Jace's Phantasms and Duskmantle Guildmages with Undead Alchemists and Lich Lords of Unx.
Replace the Raging Goblins and Goblin Fireslingers with Goblin Recruiters, Goblin Wardrivers, Goblin Ringleaders, Goblin Guides, Rise of the Hobgoblins, or Quest for the Goblin Lord.
I have a mill deck here that might give you some ideas http://www.mtgvault.com/soulofmirrodin/decks/mill-aggro/
Replace Searing Spear with Vexing Devil. Replace Incinerate with Comet Storm.
I would, but it messes with my creatures.
