The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

The reason why I have snow covered swamp is because there is literally no option for regular swamps. But normally they are just regular swamps.
With the Cliffhaven Vampires and/or the Epicure of Blood, you will deal 1 damage to each opponent every time you gain life. Ajani's Pridemate will get a +1/+1 counter every time you gain life, allowing it to get big. Cast the Authority of the Consuls to gain life every time an opponent gets a creature, then triggering all the above effects, or you can get the Diamond Mare to gain 1 life for every (choose color as it enters the battlefield) you cast. With the Farbog Revenant and/or Vampire Cutthroat you can swing in for (more or less) unblockable lifelink damage to trigger even more abilities. Then to top it all off, with the Campaign of Vengeance and the Herald of Faith, you can gain more life by attacking with your flying creature (Which you can also give +1/+1 and lifelink with the Squire's Devotion enchantment). Having the Pride Guardian out can also prove useful as a defender and life source.

Personally I would try to reduce the number of different cards you're using to give the deck some consistency in play. Try to focus on cards that are important for your strategie and use them 4 times. When using cards like Ajani's Pridemate or Bloodthirsty Aerialist should rely more on constant lifegain, like Soulmender's effect rather than on one-time spells like Revitalize. Personally I also prefer things I can simply activate (like Soulmender) over things I have to cast something (like Diamond Mare) because you can run out of cards or simply don't want to cast a spell every turn.

You're right, thanks for the feedback
I think there might be something up with this deck. Whenever I play it, I always have land problems, usually getting too many. I did reduce the land from 24 to 22 but even then I had some problems, so I'm curious what I should do. Another problem that this deck has is drawing cards. It's simply nonexistent. I can't draw anymore cards and therefore no card advantage. You can get some pretty get engines going but it needs some changes.
The easiest way to solve problems with lands would be searchlands. There are the cheap ones (Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse) and the expensive ones (Marsh Flats), but both serve the same: Reducing the number of lands you can draw in longer lasting games.Another variant could be the usage of discard-cards and use the lands as ammunition: Call the Bloodline, Oblivion Crown, Peace of Mind, Bag of Holding, Key to the City, and so on.
