Wanna make it on budget?
Only cards you need are panharmonicon, decoction, and whirler, everything else is up to you! Let me know if you want me to make it budget, ill make one under 30$.

How to Play

Your goal of the deck is to have one of thee combos.

1) Decoction Module X2, Panharmonicon, and a whirler virtuoso. Create a thopter, causing two decotion modules to activate, causing panharmonicon to double them, so for three energy, you can get one thopter, and 4 energy. Infinite thopters and energy.

2) Decoction Module, Panharmonicon X2, and a whirler virtuoso. Its the same as the first one.

3) Decoction Module X3 (Or more) and a whirler virtuoso. for three energy, you get a thopter, and three energy, so it is the same, but without free energy.

^You can also add a fabrication module to get 4 +1/+1 counters for every thopter.

How do you get the combo?
Defend. Just keep defending. Once you get one of the combo pieces, be sure to play it, but be careful, removal exists, if you know your opponent has something, be a bit more cautious. If you manage to get a saheeli rai out, use her -7 to get out your artifacts, and her -2 to get out a second of one of your artifacts. You could also get out a mechanized production to get out more panharmonican or Decoction module. The Mechanized production is mainly in there for giggles if you manage to win with it.

What if they get rid of all your whirler virtuoso with that one standard card from the eldrazi block I cant think of right now(March 10th 2017)?
Surrender. I dont want to deal with that crap. Just flip the table, take their deck, and GTFO

Why does your deck suck?
Because its a deck of giggles. Build the deck, don't expect to win, have fun. Then go home and cry because you were dumb enough to buy a sucky deck for 70$

Glimmer of Genius should be in here! I mean, carddraw AND scry, exactly what you need to find your combo pieces.
