One of my favorite cards is Charmbreaker Devils, and while looking for a deck to make with him, I learned of the "Prowl" ability. Finding out Invisible Stalker is a rouge sealed the deal on this ~$15 budget deck.
Notorious throng is what makes this deck pretty fun, getting 1/1 creatures and extra turns all over the place, while doing what red does best; killing stuff. Invisible stalker enables a lot of the prowl abilities to happen.
