I thought about this too but Dispel seems to hit more of the removal than usual, and also disrupts non-removal instants.

I've tested this deck so far because I was playing one yesterday almost exactly like it and its definitely fun. I disagree with the change of Isochron Scepter, this deck is aiming to combo out by turn 3-5 and Isochron is just too slow for that purpose. I think Manamorphose is great because its another cantrip and lets you start a combo chain off nicely. Also, Lightning Bolt might help in the case of having some removal.
Now I know its been said already but being this light on creatures will seriously throw you off the moment someone doomblades one of your babes. Yeah, I know you have Alpha Authority, but you won't beat an instant speed removal with it. I would recommend adding 4 Silhana Ledgewalker, shes a good babe that has built in hexproof and can only be blocked by flyers/reach.
The combo is funny but outside of having 3 leylines and Sanctum/Opalescence in your hand, theres nothing you can do. I'm seriously missing all the fun the people above me must be seeing, cause you need an absolutely perfect hand or you basically lose, which isn't very fun even for a non-serious deck.
Now I know he's only a normal creature, but I think Hero of Iroas could do some serious work here, being that his ability stacks in lowering the Bestow costs and the fact that he gets a heroic trigger for +1/+1.
No Llanowar Elves or Elvish Mystics?
Perhaps Phalanx Leader instead of Fabled Hero? Hero pretty much needs madcap but otherwise, Phalanx will pump everything ridiculously fast with the amount of heroic triggers, and he costs 1 less mana.
Needs "Blind Obedience".
I mentioned Guul Draz Vampire, but theres also Kalastria Highborn and Blood Artist that should do well.
Hexmage does kill PW, but at the same time (like I said), Hexmage is still situational. Yeah, obviously you're going to mainboard him against Affinity, or to shut down Karns, Oozes, or Aether Vials, but every other deck you play that doesn't have any counters on permanents results in a plain old 2/1 for 2.
Not modern legal.
Looks good but since Hexmage is pretty situational, perhaps you should put it in SB. Guul Draz, Blood Seeker, etc could take its place.
I think thats his plan, might be kind of weak since you need HS out but a free 4/5 isn't too bad.
Yes, but that is also why it has dredge.
Have you seen them in action though? Things can get out of hand really fast with more than 2 or 3 Soul's Attendants/Wardens, and each of them individually activate Archangel's +1/+1 counters. Soulmender is just a really weak card for the fact that its a measly 1 life (2 life would have been much better), but it still only procs the effect once per turn. In this case, more Attendants/Wardens is always better, even when there are dry spells with no creatures per turn.
Its all fun and games until Stigma Lasher arrives.
Funny, I had an idea where my friend should also make a terrible (but playable) deck and we can see who can win with the worst deck.
YOKED OX! Anyways, I love how you can throw Ordeal on Yoked Ox and most likely make your opponent raise an eyebrow, but then whenever you sacrifice it and gain the ten life, you can play Wurm as a 12/12. I like this deck, mostly how it revolves around the potential size of the wurm.
I would definitely suggest Read the Bones but otherwise, nice deck. I like the turn 2 Tormented Hero/Dark Favor combo.
This is a budget deck and that card costs as much as this whole thing, unfortunately.
