Roil Elemental & Moonfolk

Admittedly a gimmicky deck but a fun deck to play nonetheless with it's land use trickery.
I have had this deck and the core cards in tact for a few years now.
This is my third tweek after play testing to fix a few issues it had.
It works really well! Especially against green creature decks, high costing creature decks, and, slower builds.

Suggestions for change are welcome but I don't play anything but Legacy .

WIN CONDITION:
Steal all the opponents creatures with Roil Elemental.
Disrupt opponents play style with land trickery.

COMBOS:
Main Combos: Walking Atlas, Roil Elemental, Meloku, Storm Cauldron.

EARLY GAME:
Start laying down as much land as possible. Extra Planar Lens & Walking Atlas will help with this.
Do not use Walking Atlas' as blocking fodder. They serve a greater purpose then to spare a few points of damage on your life total early game.
Lay as many Walking Atlas' as you have.

DISRUPT:
Use your counters and always leave some mana for the enemies turns.
You need to be able to slow down their moves to compensate for your slow build.
Erayo can also be a big help here in slowly the opponent down.

INCREASING MANA POOL:
High tide: Use this for turns you want to get something high costing out early.
Extraplanar Lens: Usually not needed in most games but sometimes it comes in handy. Search it out with Fabricate if needed.
Thawing Glaciers: Extra island the turn after layed. Plus it goes back to your hand!
Walking Atlas: Put an extra land on the battlefield for each one.
Storm Cauldron: Lay extra land each turn.

Meloku, Walking Atlas, Storm Cauldron, Thawing Glaciers, Oboro, Daze, Deprive.
