You could add Tribal Forcemage if you really think you want it stronger. It probably won't make that much of a difference, though.

Is kentaro really necessary? Try adding a Wine of Blood and Iron or definitely add a Coat of Arms as suggested.

I think that adding Followed Footsteps is always a good idea for a deck with the Chronozoa theme. Also maybe Clone? I mean, it may be unnecessary, but meh. I dunno. It really is a cool idea, whoever first brought it up.

Even then, I also advise that you add cards like Cloud Key to speed up the general process of getting out artifacts. Blinkmoth Infusion could also be a choice card. Please look at my deck Lotus Queen and tell me what you think of it.

Round it down to 60 cards, replace something with Mycosynth Golem, add Shapers Steel and Mycosinth Lattice, remove the Arcbound Bruisers and add Seat of Synod. Some more Vedalken could be useful, and adding cards like Energy Chamber could be useful for Aether Vial. Coretapper as well could speed up the usage of Aether Vial, and consider that even with no Charge counters on it, you can still put an Ornithopter or a Phyrexian Walker into play on your opponents turns.

The Cheese Stands alone is from Unhinged/Unglued and thus is illegal in all forms of tournament use. You also got this idea from someone else's deck, which I advise you post the name of.

Why not add Shapers Steel and Copy Artifact? Instead of Mana Leak, try for Counterspell.
