Love Goblin decks and never realized there were enough black goblin cards to make a mono black deck. Awesome idea! +1

Which cards would you suggest?I recreated the deck to make it work better with the current Modern meta. You can find that deck here: http://www.mtgvault.com/slayus/decks/broken-mind-20-modern/
Loving this deck. Wish I had the cards to build it!
Any and all suggestions welcome. Please try to keep this deck legal in Modern and Mono White.
Last nights game went decent. It was against a White angel/control deck. Ended up getting the opponents deck to 11 cards before their angels killed me. Didn't draw a single Hover Barrier so they just kept flying over my walls and poking me down each turn.Thinking I may need to add some creature removal/counter spells. Anyone have any ideas as to what cards to use?
Will be play-testing this deck tonight and this weekend against a number of different decks. I will post my results.
Took out the Hired Torturer for a Wall of Frost
Just as a note, I might be swapping one or two of the cards out for a Wall of Frost I found. Any advice on what to drop for it?
Finally got around to updating this deck. Took some of the advice of people who commented.Took out the Zealot ConscriptsRemoved 1 Charmbreaker DevilsRemoved 1 Act of TreasonAdded 2 Unhallowed Pact which allows me to use my opponents creature against them TWICEAdded 2 Skirsdag High Priest to add 5/5 Demons after sacrificing a creatureThinking of removing one of the Rise from the Grave and maybe a few other cards to add more mana. Let me know what you all think!
Hey, nice idea. Really like the Recurring Nightmare card. Might be a good idea to use Buried Alive or Entomb to make sure you have enough creatures in your graveyard for it though.Check out my Sacrifice deck I just built, it works great!http://www.mtgvault.com/slayus/decks/traitors-returned/
Name: Traitors ReturnedColor: R/BTheme/Description: Steal opponents creatures and sacrifice them to activate abilities.http://www.mtgvault.com/slayus/decks/traitors-returned/
Just play tested this against a fast burn Goblin deck and absolutely destroyed it! I managed to do 24 direct damage to my opponent in a single turn. Here is how the combo happened:Their Current Permanents: Goblin Chariot, Raging GoblinMy Current Permanents: Charmbreaker DevilsPlayed Act of Treason on the Goblin Chariot and since I played a sorcery my Charmbreaker Devils become an 8/4. I then used a Bone Splinters sacrificing Goblin Chariot and destroyed their Raging Goblin. My Charmbreaker Devils now become a 12/4 at which point I attacked dealing 12 damage to my opponent. I then cast Fling using my Charmbreaker Devils as the sacrifice, dealing another 12 damage and that was game.Only thing I could see that would make this deck better is a few Dragonskull Summit and Blood Crypts to give more mana diversity.
You helped me improve my Sacrifice deck already :) Here is my updated one that I currently own all the cards (minus the sideboard) http://www.mtgvault.com/slayus/decks/traitors-returned/Thank you again for your help on this deck. I was trying to use as many of the cards from my sac deck as possible, but I see now that at least some deathtouch creatures would do this deck wonders!
Unhallowed Pact is its name. Might have to add that into the deck, now I just have to figure out what to remove...lolCould also add Grave Betrayal to this deck and replace all the steal cards with kill cards such as Murder! Thanks for the awesome idea! :)
Thank you for pointing that card out to me! I have replaced a few of the sideboard cards with Slaughter Games.
Mugging is a great card, but what cards would you replace to added them?
Have you had any issues with fast burn/creature decks? It takes until at least turn 3 to start stealing creatures and by that time you could have taken almost enough damage to kill you.Any ideas on how to deal with these types of decks?
Nice start to a good steal/sac deck. Take a look at my deck, it is R/B steal/sacrifice that is Standard Legel! :)http://www.mtgvault.com/slayus/decks/traitors-return/
This looks like a fun deck. Care to add a How To Play description?
Wouldn't Bonfire of the Damned be a better creature remover than Mizzium Mortar? For the same converted mana cost you would deal 4 damage to all their creatures and them. Makes the deck a bit more expensive, but might be worth it if you are getting overrun by creatures. Why would you need to replace the stealing spells if you have a hexproof remover?Like the 5/5 Demon token creator idea though :)
