It's interesting that you mainboard faerie macabre. Would you mind explaining why you have mainboard graveyard hate? I'm just curious.

it's probably for the costless discard outlet with the bonus of screwing peoble randomly over with main board hate. if you dont need to pay the cycling cost you can get more explosive in some situations
Dredge, vengevine, kci, and snapcaster mage.
Those are all valid points, however faerie macabre does absolutely nothing against fair decks.
And fair decks all scoop game 1 to living end anyway. And the fair decks that play counterspells play snapcaster mage. Losing nothing by including 2 of in the mainboard.
If fair decks scoop in game one, then you don't need it mainboard. You lose consistency when you add a card that doesn't replace itself. Macabre doesn't draw a card. At the core of it, macabre is a hate card that lowers the consistency of your gameplan, even if just a little. Hate cards shouldn't be played maindeck unless you have a specific reason to do so. Which is why I'm curious why OP has it mainboard.
I think the point is, that it's kind of free hate, because it does what you want your deck to do, but a little worse with the hate bonus added which should be very often at least decent. so it's not just a mainboard hate card. if that would be the case, he would probably play spellbomb or the black lay-line
I agree with LordCinder here. With another 2 and the Leylines in the board it seems excessive to run two in the main as well! I'd rather play Desert Cerodon or even main the Fulminators in their place. I like the 6/4 body of a Cerodon personally.
