What's Lightning Bolting?

"Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas" would be nice. "Welding Jar" could regenerate your artifacts for free.

Add a "Shambling Goblin". It's a goblin zombie, and gives target creature -1/-1 until end of turn when it dies. Also, "Festering Goblin" Is the same thing. They both cost one black mana. "Skirk Ridge Exhumer" spawns "Festering Goblin"s, which would be nice.

Forced Adaptation - A +1/+1 counter each turn, or two if you have a Hardened Scales on the battlefield

Gotta suggest a Coat of Arms.
Gives every creature +1/+1 for each creature that shares a creature type with it.
