Yes. When you have Boros Reckoner soulbond with Nearheath Pilgrim, it will grant Lifelink to both the Reckoner and Pilgrim creatures. You can also use any other spells to grant Lifelink to Boros Reckoner. Then you can use Boros Charm or Frontline Medic to grant Boros Reckoner "indestructible" ability. Now with both Lifelink and indestructible active, you need to have Boros Reckoner attacked (either by the opponent, or preferably, you use Searing Spear (or any other spell that allows to target any creature and apply damage; in this case, Searing Spear will let you choose any target creature or player to take 3 damages). Since Boros Reckoner is indestructible during this turn, searing spear will not kill it. Then if you read Boros Reckoner's ability, "Whenever Boros Reckoner is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to target creature or player." So, searing spear will force Reckoner to activate that ability, and you must direct the additional 3 damage to someone or something. Redirect that damage to himself (Boros Reckoner; completely legal), and because Reckoner will now deal 3 damage to something, he will grant you 3 life points, due to lifelink. By attacking himself for 3 damages, it will turn this combo indefinite (due to redirecting that damage to himself forces that ability to reactivate once again). Since he cannot die that turn, he can keep attacking himself and grant the player lives as long as you keep it that way (i.e. I am allowing Reckoner to hit himself 6 million times, the will direct the final 3 hit damage to the opponent, thus ending the infinite loop. So now 6 million x 3 = 18 million life points). So its up to the opponent to keep on playing to try to reduce all 18 million health points, or use poison counters, or other cards that can allow him to win the game other than reducing my life points. Chances are, they will conceive the duel. Note to this, if the opponent has a counter spell "instant" than he can stop you from performing this combo. This is no "Magic Silver Bullet" deck, just a deck that grants you this ability if your able to pull it off. As mentioned earlier, I have other cards in here to keep me in the battle and win the game without solely relying on just the infinite life combo.I hope this help better explains the intent of this deck :-)
I will definitely look into it! Thanks for the input :-)
