Personally, I'm not a fan of Explore. I've found that I rarely get to use it and it's mostly used to just to draw an extra card rather than play the extra land. My suggestion would be to remove them. I'd also possibly remove some, if not all, of the Khalni Heart Expeditions and consider putting in either Rampant Growths, Llanowar Elves, and Quest for Renewal. I love Quest for Renewal because in this type of deck it's going to get triggered very quickly, and that is going to allow you to pump up Omnath using the Arbor Elves and Llanowar Elves on your opponent's turn as well.

So something like this to keep it at 60 cards:
-4 Khalni Heart Expedition
-3 Explore
-1 Bestial Menace
-1 Forest
-1 Vines of Vastwood

+4 Llanowar Elves
+3 Quest for Renewal
+3 Rampant Growth

The Telemin would probably be better in a side board. I had an amusing game where I played a guy who did straight burn, no creatures. I cast Telemin and he was like, "That's game. I have no creatures."

I have started collecting some of the black-blue dual lands like Creeping Tar Pit and have considered splashing black into this one. I generally only play mono-color decks, but if I throw in the dual lands and just add in one or two black spells it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I haven't thought of the Path to Exile combo at all though. That's fantastic. Especially after Twincasting the Archive Trap.
