I really like your deck. I would take out your Divination though, and replace it with pilfered plans. Still draw two cards, still cost three total, and now you are milling for two each time.

I don't see the point of the islands, since you are running a mono deck. On that same line, you aren't getting the most out of your Lobber Crew without some multi-colored cards in your deck. Also, you have too many Krenko, Mob Boss in your deck. Since he is legendary, you can only have one in play at a time. My suggestion would be to take out one or two of your Krenkos, and take out your Lobber Crews. Put some cards in that give your tokens and/or creatures +1/+1, in order to make your 1/1's more effective. Otherwise, not a bad looking deck,.

Just a suggestion. You are obviously basing your creatures around your +1/+1 counters. I think taking out the Gruul War Chant, and replacing it with Burst of Strength may be more beneficial. It will get more +1/+1 counters out, and it's a good way of catching your opponent with his pants down. Besides, since you are giving all of your creatures Trample, you kind of want him to block. Take out his creatures and still do direct damage. Also, maybe a few Domri Rades or Ulvenwald Trackers instead of the Mutant's Prey. They can help you constantly attack other creatures as well.

I added Far // Away along with a few other cards. Deck seems to be working much better. I've actually beat my Boros aggro deck with it a few times.

After your comment, I started thinking about an all black sideboard with creatures, might throw it there.

I believe the card you are talking about is Pilfered Plans. I thought about it, however if I do, I would need to add more black mana to the deck, and I want to avoid turning this into a full-out Dimir deck. It definitely would be a great replacement for Divination, and I may try it. But I'm concerned with the lack of and/or addition of Black Mana to the deck.
