Cool idea for a blue weenie-ish deck. My only concerns: 0 Spells? Surely there are better cards out there to augment this deck without breaking theme... Also, and call me old fashioned, a blue deck w/o a Counterspell? ...Sorta like a mono red deck without a Lightning Bolt.

Why not ditch Spiteful Visions and just go with Underworld Dreams?
Cool idea land control is fun and annoying, this however does not look like a deck that would be efficient at killing you opponents... just really upsetting them.
Side board a few things, the obelisks for instance sideboard unless you find that you need the mana. Definitely loose the summoner, remember that you're using black and there are much more efficient (cheaper) spells to get the cards you want into your hand (Diabolic Intent, Demonic tutor, Diabolic Tutor), I am of course assuming you intended to use that to make sure you have a Leviathan. The Canonist is great for stalling until you make your play but keep the spells just in case and at the least on the sideboard, its a creature/artifact... that one spell that your opponent can cast could very easily destroy it, so don't rely only on it to slow down your opponent. LOL, wow, almost done, when I say cheap i mean ornathopter cheap (0).
This is a REALLY cool deck idea but... it seems like way too many things have to go your way for this to be efficient at all, also it does not seem at all proficient at damaging your opponent/ did you consider direct damage??? Cool idea... too many holes.
Pretty cool deck idea, I think the transmuter/leviathan was one of the first posted combos for conflux... for that combos sake, get yourself some really cheap artifacts. Nice job.
