DotH is nice but you would still have to rely on the luck of getting it in your hand or fishing it in which would waste turns. It also costs 4 mana, requires the opponent to have 3 creatures, and only gets 2 creatures out. Good call on the cost though, it is a bit pricey. The bulk of the price of the deck (like 95%) comes from the 4 Imperial Seals. Those could be taken out since they are potentially not even needed. Without fishing cards the chances of getting and casting Apprentice Necromancer by second turn and Entomb by third turn without a mulligan are 22% going first and 26% going second, and seeing as the three turn win only can happen with a 1 mana fishing card as a backup, Imperial Seal is the only card i know of that would work. Casting Imperial seal first turn, Apprentice Necromancer second turn, and Entomb third turn gives a much higher probability of 49% going first and 56% going second but at a cost like you said of $3200. The only necessary cards are Academy Rector, Apprentice Necromancer, Entomb, and Omniscience. Without any fishing cards this deck is right around $150 depending on creatures used. The creatures don't matter either just the bigger the better. Eldrazi can be taken out as well, just substitute it for more creatures that give/have haste. The end effect is the same as long as the Academy Rector is killed when it attacks, and most opponents will have a creature with 2 attack by their 2nd/3rd turn. This deck is also pretty difficult to counter since entomb/imperial seal on first turn can't be countered if you go first, and no one would waste a 1 mana counter on Apprentice Necromancer which is a 1/1 creature. If you have to use the Imperial seal first turn and then cast Entomb on third turn, most people wouldn't waste a counter that early on it either. The rest is just card abilities. It's by no means a perfect deck, especially since if its made into a reasonably priced deck it only gives a win on third turn about every 1 in 4 tries. To each his own on style, its just a fun one that gets out some of those big creatures together for an early overkill.

Check out my deck, its similar to yours in function (without the massive sideboard) but i think mine can get the creatures out faster without relying on an opponent.
Very nice deck, Olivia Voldaren really tops it off!
