Nifty concept. I only see one potential problem. Doubling season with Dark Depths. The Legend rule will destroy your Marit Lage. Otherwise, sweet deck.

Yeah, Doubling Season would make it 20 counters aswell. That's just no fun for anyone wanting a massive legend. x.x Leyline of Lifeforce might be a good sideboarder or something, emergency button on counters.
