Hey. Initially I had Sultai Infect, now take a look at Dimir infect.
It could be made mono-black deck or a UB deck implementind Invisible Stalker and Snake Cult Initiation and/or Grafted Wargear.

Ruhan in multiplayer creates a lot of chaos that may or may not be hilarious. However, it does not fit into vigilance and haste theme.
