Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

The ideal for this came from trying to deal with a Ramped up Elf deck.
The theory behind this deck is to get out lower cost deathtouch cards quickly to act as a shield while you use Lake of the Dead and/or dark rituals to get some big nasty demons out before you opponent deals a fatal blow with Elves on roids! Elixir of Immortality can help you buy some time and so will the Whip of Erebos if you're lucky enough to pull it out early or if at all.
