This is a madness/power deck that is made for a quick game. The mana cost might seem very expensive but there are some madness costs to the cards that help keep it down and plenty of ways to discard cards.
Creatures are always nice to drop, there are enchantments that give the creatures first strike, and even one that gives double strike. The devil tokens are nice walls, they damage your opponent whenever they die. The instants and sorceries are nice to use at random intervals to beef up your creatures or get rid of obstacles.
