Midnight Guard + Presence of Gond can be a great combo if you can get them both out. Epic Struggle and Felidar Sovereign (especially this guy for your deck) are good cards to consider also. I have them in my deck as alternate win conditions.I have a Rhys EDH deck, but mine's focused more on making tokens, pumping them up, and just overwhelming the opponent. I have some of the same cards as you do.
