I like the team of Vampires you select, but you could put out 2 of them and add Liliana of the Dark Realms, it would really would do really well with Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief or Guul Draz Assassin. Imo, the U/G unblockeable is very powerful with the Infect mechanic. Search for Inkmoth Nexus, plague myr, Glistener Elf, and so on. Artful Dodge and Shadow Rift are great for the "hard to block" thing. Pretty powerful deck you have here. I would do some change though. I would run Kokusho only in a multiplayer game, so it could be a sideboard option. Massacre Wurm could be put instead (and trust me, it really do a Massacre) and i would run also 1 less land. Also, Hatred wins a lot of games, and with a Phyrexian Crusader in play, it could be a pretty unexpected death, i would put out the Hypnotic Specter. cause it´s a good card but not very suitable for this build you made in my opinion. Well, the mayor problem was, indeed, have a strong win condition, without creatures or a combo (a combo would need specific cards and a strong draw/scry engine, sacrificing control in the progress) . The Treachery itself, that i can play it for free, could be a win condition if i manage to control a strong creature and have the opponent board almost empty. The Elixir of immortality is a good idea, but normally is played with one copy on a deck, and i lack scry or draw, hoping to topdeck it in the whole deck could not be very reliable. You have good selection of creatures, but too much of them, and you need a strong win condition. This kind of deck wins with a combo, with the help of Axebane Guardian and Banefire, Devil's Play, Kaervek's Torch and likes. Crab Umbra would help to untap the Guardian, Tinder Wall gives red mana if needed. Galvanic Alchemist helps the Guardian to untap it and get more and more mana until you could finish the game with Banefire or such. The other way you could go with this is a mill and defense, more classic but imo more boring. The mana curve is nice, but i would run at least 21 lands, to ensure you would have 1 land per turn at least to turn 4 or 5, blue could have problems with speed sometimes so if you ran out of lands quickly you will be in troubles. Maybe you could replace the Negate with them. Peel from Reality could be really nice here to make another enter for Augur of Bolas. Fling and Rush Of Blood are imo of the best you can find for red in standard. Like Act of Treason, you could sacrifice with Fling creatures controlled with Zealous Conscripts and likes. I like the "lock" you proposed here, but it could do better for multiplayer, cause imo some fast decks could put you in troubles. Consider adding 1 drops, specially Ponder or something like that . You need several turns to take an advantage here and to use your winning conditions. I would add Scry mechanic to control your draw for the Miracle cards, and Talrand, Sky Summoner, not a Spirit, but a a very good card that would have great synergy with all the spells here. You mean Warstorm Surge? The effect is great but the mana cost don´t, good card anyway.
I like it a lot, maybe you could have problems in early game against some really fast aggro or some sort of control decks (anti creatures specially) I would add Loam Lion and Qasali Pridemage, the first one in your deck could assure a 2/3 in turn two, you have few forests thought. I would run Path To Exile or Swords to Plowshares instead of Journey to Nowhere. You could copy them with Isochron Scepter too.
I would add the tutors, Enlightened Tutor and Worldly Tutor to help you find the enchantments you need or the Stuffy Doll. They are expensive, but would help to obtain the cards you need faster.
